Telephone counselling is where you speak with me and receive your session over the telephone rather than face-to-face in the therapy room. As with face-to-face counselling, your counsellor will offer you space to talk through how you’ve been feeling and support you to identify and make changes should you wish to do so.
A vital part of telephone counselling is that you feel heard and understood.
Simply put, online therapy (also referred to as online counselling) is any form of counselling that is conducted over the Internet. This could be via email, or via a messaging service/video chat that allows the counsellor to talk to the client in real-time.
I use secure method's via Skype or teams and secure email.
Face to face (in person) Counselling is where you will see me in my private and confidential therapy room.
This is for people who feel that maybe they do not need weekly or fortnightly sessions. The 90 minutes is so you have a longer session to talk given it is a one off.
If you book in with me for 6 sessions and pay upfront you will get a discounted price.
60 min or 90 min sessions depending on the need of the couple.
