Face to face therapy
In-person counselling is similar to online therapy but
the physical environment can offer a sense of safety and security, allowing clients to open up and share more freely.

Online counselling is a way to receive therapeutic support over the internet.

telephone counselling
Telephone counselling offers the same services as face to face counselling except that it is conducted over the phone.
